I am starting my first post...with my favorite color PURPLE....

What inspired me to start a blog? I am changing my lifestyle..and no, not just the way I eat.

Everything..in general. 2012 was tough for me. Not in the basic way you all may think...I have a wonderful family, boyfriends, and friends.

I have a job, I am so happy in my Masters program...and I do not need anything..

It was more mental,..my mind and spirit...a struggle we all face until YOU decide it is time for a change...

A continuous effort to be healthy...to reject negativity....to inspire...

This is my journey...to a better lifestyle...to a better me..so join me!!! :D
