So, on April 1- I did not eat great since I had a buffalo strip salad from this retaurant here in Long Beach, CA. Although it is a salad, the strips are deep fried, I believe...with a flamin lime sauce. I loooveeee that salad but I know it is not that good for me. I also had ranch blasted fries (the name alone entails the DANGER in these). For dinner, Dont remember :(
April 2- I had a better day. I went to the Body Pump at the 24 hrs fitness gym. I absolutely LOVED IT!! and I did get a bit sore, not too much. I had subway with dinner-Italian BMT 6 inch and made my own iced coffee
April 3- Went to the gym- cycling class!! haha, got back into it and enjoyed it very much. I felt great after :) For dinner.KILLED IT....i had a grilled chicken salad....greek style with vin dressing...but i had a $1.49 bag of xxxtra hot cheetos and a scratcher from the liquor around Joses house... :/ uh oh.... im starting ...and TRYING but slowly.... at least I am working out... (no excuse).... what we eat is more important..and eating CLEAN is the best for my body..I thought, okay tomorrow, we will see :)
April 4: Okay had coffee, some reduced fat cheez its and an orange..so far....1/2 way good...cheez its killed it but had only about 8 of those...
I have been trying to stay motivated....to stay focused.... i will get there... :)
